Who are Black Spell?

Hailing from the North East shores of the UK, Black Spell is a project formed and ran by a team of creatives whose ethos is to bring society together through extreme sports and the arts. Equipped with a solid vision and a dedicated passion for boardsports, clothing, art, and music, two friends came together to forge a lifestyle brand that would design and distribute products catering for like minded individuals; thus, Black Spell was born.

Do you do womens garments?

Our tees are designed and manufactured to be unisex. You can see our size and fitting guide here in order to help you find your fit!

How do your tees fit?

When it comes to product quality and comfort, Black Spell cuts no corners. All of our garments have been categorically selected for board riding, streetwear and for those who prefer a more ‘relaxed’ fit, meaning that you not only look good, but feel good. Our designs are predominantly screen printed onto premium fabrics using water based inks, which is not only environmentally friendly, but gives our garments a softer/lighter feel whilst retaining durability. You can see our size and fitting guide here.

Do you have a retail store?

We currently do not have a bricks and mortar premises. You can find all of the products we design and manufacture right here at blackspell.co.uk/shop.

How can i pay for my item? Is it secure?

You can pay securely online via PayPal; you can pay using your card details if you don’t have a PayPal account. Simply click “Proceed to Paypal” and then choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. Alternatively, sign into PayPal for speedy checkout! Our entire website is SSL encrypted. You will see this in the form of the padlock symbol next to our web address in your browser.

When you place an order you will receive an email invoice from us (once we have dispatched your parcel) along with your PayPal receipt for payment. This is your proof of purchase, please retain this email incase you need to return an item.

When will I receive my item?

We aim to dispatch orders made by 12pm lunchtime the same day, this is generally the case. If not our customers can be assured that items ordered will be on their way the following working day. We endeavour to dispatch every order in no longer than 2 working days at the very most. If for any reason there is a problem with your order or a further delay dispatching it, we will contact you by telephone to inform you in the first instance. We will contact you by email if we can not reach you by telephone.

As standard, orders can be shipped FAST AND FREE to the UK by Royal Mail 24/48 hour services. For just £1.50 you can have your parcel sent to you tracked (with SMS and email updates) using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24/48 hour services. We also offer a priority Special Delivery service guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

Help! My size is out of stock.

We apologise if we do not have the size of garment you want in stock. All of our designs are created in small batches to make them more bespoke, limited edition almost. However, feel free to contact us by email or by any of our social media message channels to let us know what you are after and we will see what we can do on an individual basis! We’d be more than happy to help.

What if i want to return a product?

Don’t worry if your garment doesn’t fit or you do not want it any more. We offer a 30 day exchange on unwanted and wrong size products as well as a 3 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
